Tai has spent nearly 25 years as a social entrepreneur, having founded 3 companies in the U.S. and abroad and has been the CEO in Los Angeles, Silicon Valley and in the Pacific Islands and Asia. He has coached hundreds of Fortune 500 leaders, international heads of state and local nonprofit CEOs. Tai taught mid-career graduate students at Harvard University and was a visiting scholar on advanced leadership and social entrepreneurship at several leading universities: American, Berkeley, Tel Aviv and Vanderbilt. He speaks 7 languages and is the recipient of numerous national and international awards, including U.S. Presidential Scholar, U.S. Military Medallion for Community Service, National Medals from the Republic of Palau, Philippines and Thailand, to name a few. Tai also serves as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force.
